Return Policy Return Policy can receive returns on any unopened product in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material within 30 days of the shipping date. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the original price and a credit for the variance will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Any product that has been opened cannot be returned.

To avoid returns, we can help you here to be sure of sizes and features of all items prior to purchase. Please call us at 240-801-8087, if you have any question about your order before it ships.

We also accept returns on products sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has faulty parts, please contact us first for troubleshooting and then, if necessary we will take care of your return. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. Please memo that any related shipping cost to return products to us is not covered in any warranty condition.

No credits or refunds will be delivered until we receive and inspect your item(s). Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.

Mask sizes differ, even between the different models by the same manufacturer. Just because you wear a medium mask in one model, do not assume you wear a medium in another. Check with us to be sure!

As this is medical gear of a very individual nature, all machines cannot be returned once the parcel has been opened, whether the unit shows usage or not. Products warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made solely by the manufacturer.

Products which are experiencing functional issues and are no longer under manufacturer warranty may be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy differs by manufacturer.

Out of Stock Policy

Please keep in mind when you order our stock fluctuates throughout the day. If we are out of stock, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect back on your card.
